The tsuma tells me the first one is by a group of comedians, like Nanchan and Uchan. Apparently the trend for comedians to release CDs and DVDs hit Japan years ago, and this group decided to join in the fun.
On the second, we must be on the same wavelength–I just tried a mash-up of my own at CitizenSE. Not nearly as funny as this one, though!
